Can you make products to different sizes?

We offer a made to measure service. Just let us know what size you want by email or telephone and we will calculate a price.

Would I get my printed wallpaper in a metre width roll or regular wallpaper width roll?

You can have your product printed onto either, it is up to you. For patterned designs that repeat (like a traditional wallpaper), we recomend you go for a regular size roll. For wall murals and pictures a self adhesive or wider width roll is always best.

What kind of substrates(papers) do you use?

Our conventional wallpaper stock is 150gsm, certified flame retardant, guaranteed recyclable and
manufactured using FSC approved pulp.

We are one of the only UK Digital Wallpaper Printers who use conventional wallpaper stock. This is because it is easier for you to hang making it ideal for home DIY projects as well as commercial environments.

Can you print bespoke images?

Yes, email us for a quote.

What format can you work from for my Bespoke product? Old Photo or Digital File from Scanner/Camera?

The answer again is either. If you have a digital file of your image or pattern send it to us via email. If not post your hard copy to us (Details on Contacts page) and simply leave the rest to us.

Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the final product manufactured?

Monitor colours do vary slightly from computer to computer. If you like we can post out a sample.

How many rolls of wallpaper will I need?

How secure is the concept coverings website?

Extremely. It is impossible to access your card details as all our transactions are encrypted and secured.

What credit cards do you accept?

All major cards are accepted. Personal cheques are also accepted made payable to Concept Coverings Ltd.

What about delivery?

You can have items delivered directly to your specified address, even if it is not yours.

How long until I can expect my prints to arrive ?

You must allow 7/10 working days for delivery.

What is the delivery cost?

UK mainland is £10.00. Prices to other countries available on request.
